I collect this information through newsletter sign-up forms, free download forms, contact forms, cookies, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

• To deliver free downloads you request (these downloads are offered as part of joining my mailing list, so by requesting them you also consent to receive marketing emails)

9. Children’s Privacy

Although my books are written for children, this website is directed at adults (parents, carers, educators, professionals). I do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact me and I will delete it.

10. Security

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If a breach poses a risk to you, I will notify you and/or regulators as required by law.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link so you can stop emails any time.
